President & CEO Prior to becoming CEO at eQuorum, Frank Fortson served as Division President at Atlanta-based Byers Engineering Company. During his 30-year career at Byers, he worked with the major telecommunications, energy, and engineering firms in North America. His company provided software, data services, engineering, and professional services to those firms. eQuorum, previously known as CADNET, spun off from Byers in 1996. Mr. Fortson has served on the Board of Trustees of the Georgia Tech Alumni Association and on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Educational Information and Referral Service (EIRS). He is a registered Professional Engineer (EE) in the State of Georgia and a member of the Geospatial Information and Technology Association (GITA). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Emory University. 
Richard Stafford
Chief Scientist Mr. Stafford was a pioneer of the personal computer revolution. His early accomplishments include designing the first controller for PC disk drives, and opening the first personal computer retail store in the southeast U.S. He went on to co-found what became Peachtree Software, one of the best-known early PC software companies. He designed eQuorum's central Plot Station family of products. 
Ann Dunbar
Vice President, Software Ms. Dunbar has been involved with the development of sophisticated, complex software products since the beginning of her career. As a programmer and later a technical manager at Intergraph, a worldwide provider of end-to-end technical solutions, Ms. Dunbar worked on the design and implementation of the first object-oriented CAD package. At eQuorum, Ms. Dunbar leads the development, quality assurance, and documentation groups in the design and enhancement of eQuorum products. Ms. Dunbar holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Alabama.  Frank D. Bouchard
Vice President, Sales & Marketing Mr. Bouchard's early career in strategic product marketing at Intergraph, a $1 billion dollar software solutions company, was followed by a successful career in regional and corporate sales management, culminating as Director of Government and GIS Solutions for the eastern U.S. Immediately prior to joining eQuorum, Mr. Bouchard served as Sales Director for a mobile computing software start-up company. Mr. Bouchard holds an MBA from Boston University.  Troy E. Goers
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Goers' early career as a Certified Public Accountant with Arthur Andersen was followed by Controller and Chief Financial Officer positions at both private and public technology firms. Prior to joining eQuorum, Mr. Goers served as Chief Financial Officer for a $100 million dollar services company based in Atlanta. Mr. Goers is active in several professional organizations including the Technology Association of Georgia and the Technology Executives Roundtable - CFO Forum. He holds a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Furman University. |
