Notifications
Extensive markup tools are database driven with custom categories to match the type of work you do. Notes and markups display over documents without altering source files.
Workflow
ImageSite Workflow is a flowchart based, schedule driven solution that routes documents to users and automates a wide variety of business processes.
Workflows "carry" documents, markups, and folders to assigned users at workflow steps. Users at each step are notified by email as each workflow advances from step to step. These notifications remain in each users "inbox" until the workflow has advanced to its next step.
Deadlines at each step enable reminders to be sent to users (and managers) when workflow steps are past their due dates. In this way, important work processes are always followed and nothing can fall through the cracks.
Integrate
The ImageSite Application Programming Interface (API) is an extensive collection of programming routines, examples and test applications for use in developing customized ImageSite applications and direct integration between ImageSite and existing 3rd party applications for highly effective work processes.
