Upon receipt of your order we we'll send you a simple pre-installation questionnaire which outlines the key concepts of your new ImageSite system. Our consulting team will provide advice and guidance but you make decisions as to how you your ImaeSite system will work. We will help you define the best organizational structure, user and group definitions, security profiles, metadata (search criteria), workflows and more.
ImageSite Configuration
We will then configure one or more secure ImageSite Cabinets to meet your needs based on your responses to the configuration questionnaire. This initial configuration will include document metadata, folder structure, users, groups,security, and other system settings.
We configure ImageSite without programming to meet your specific requirements; just using out-of-the-box configuration controls. As you begin working with the system, you will most likely want to "tweak it", which you can do yourself (since it's easy) or we can change configuration settings for you.
Either way, you are off and running with a new ImageSite system that is configured to meet your specific requirements.
