The optional Print Room Manager module works with eQuorum's Plot Station® plotting
solution that is included within ImageSite. This module lets print room operators easily
process job ticket print requests.
Print Room Manager Features
Print room operators can review requested print sets and re-prioritize or re-direct jobs to different plotters. This is helpful in directing the job to the most efficient plotter for the job or should a device go down. Job ticket information can also be printed. The user who submitted the print request can be notified of the status of the print job via e-mail. When used with ImageSite's Advanced Job Ticket feature, administrators get the flexibility to configure job ticket interfaces for a variety of user levels—from novice to expert and anything in between. |
For instance, a job ticket can be configured to hide options and set defaults providing novice users with a very easy-to-use job ticket to streamline their print requests. Expert users can be provided with all options
for maximum flexibility.
