Automatic Revision Detection

ImageSite automatically recognizes new versions of existing, checked-out documents as they are checked back into the system. Existing documents are automatically archived and linked to the most current document.

This provides a complete history of changes to documents as they have been edited by various users and allows users to go back to previous versions of documents if necessary.

Extensive API

ImageSite offers an extensive application programming interface (API) to enable software integration links to be developed between ImageSite and existing information systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems business accounting systems.
