The number of concurrent User licenses needed for any organization is dependent upon the number of actual users and their frequency of use. For example, 10 Concurrent licenses will support 20-30 frequent users and many more occasional users. The number of documents stored is limited to 10,000 times the number of concurrent user licenses.
