Plot Station Data Tracker

Did you know that you can capture, track, and report on plotting accounting data with Plot Station‘s DataTracker?

The DataTracker module speeds the collection of accounting data and gives you the information you need for timely and accurate billing. Track statistics for plot length, width, total area, number of copies, which plotter was used, project numbers, and much more.

What You Can Do With DataTracker

  • Combine data from multiple queue log files
  • Store the data in a Microsoft Access database
  • View totals of the data stored in your logs
  • Define queries to see a subset of the data
  • Apply formulas to create custom columns based on the stored data
  • Easily print any view of the data
  • Export the data to a text file for further manipulation by a program such as Microsoft Excel or Access

 

What’s new in Plot Station Version 9.0.56?

Plot Station Version 9.0.56 includes a number of significant new capabilities, including:

What’s new in ImageSite Version 7.1?


  • AutoCAD 2007 Support - ImageSite now supports processing of AutoCAD 2007 files.

  • PDF file enhancements -  ImageSite processing of PDF files has been streamlined.

  • Email Management –  Use ImageSite to store and manage important corporate or project email messages.  ImageSite's automatic data acquisition capability has been expanded to support email acquisition.  Assign one or many email addresses to ImageSite projects, and forward or cc that email address during your normal email correspondence.  ImageSite will automatically acquire those email messages, store them in designated mail folders, acquire any attached documents, and automatically index acquired messages with search attributes such as To: From: Subject: Date: and Attachment.  Use ImageSite full text search module to enable searching for email messages based upon content in the body of the message.

  • General Administration – A number of useful administrative enhancements have been provided, including
    • Events Cleanup Tools allow purging of tracked events from the database to free up database resources.
    • Checked-out document administration – A new administrative user interface enables dynamic review of currently checked out documents, including document name, user name, and check-out date and time. Administrators can also undo check out for multiple documents at one time, and they can assume control of currently checked-out documents by releasing or checking in files for other users who originally checked out files.
    • Batch assignment of custom field values is available for documents collected in the Out Basket.  
    • Folders can be moved or copied to the top level of the ImageSite folder structure.  
    • Administrators can set up automatic purging of deleted documents after a specified number of days.  
    • Sites or projects with large numbers of users can be managed more easily by using the new Select-All/Deselect-All buttons on the Users pages.

  • ImageSite Workflow  - Major enhancements to this optional module include a graphical, flow-chart based user interface and the ability of users to delegate tasks to others.  Continued...
