eQuorum Awarded Cooper Cameron Contract For SAP Connector

SAP Connector Software Integrates ImageSite® For Document Distribution And Collaboration With SAP R/3 Business System

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - November 12, 2002 - eQuorum Corporation announced that Cooper Cameron Corporation, a leading provider of petroleum and industrial equipment and services in more than 100 countries around the world, has licensed eQuorum's SAP Connector software.

eQuorum's SAP Connector software will integrate Cooper Cameron's SAP R/3 enterprise business system with eQuorum's ImageSite®, a web-based engineering document management, distribution, and distributed plotting solution.

Cooper Cameron has used ImageSite in a stand-alone mode for several years to provide high quality, high volume engineering document viewing and distributed printing to thousands of networked users worldwide. The decision to standardize all document management functions on SAP R/3 meant Cooper Cameron needed a tight integration between eQuorum's ImageSite and SAP R/3. eQuorum responded with its SAP Connector that extends the document management capabilities of the SAP R/3 system by providing integrated document distribution, collaboration, and distributed printing features.

The SAP Connector will let Cooper Cameron's global users search for documents stored in the SAP repository using the SAP R/3 interface. The user can then seamlessly view, print, or collaborate with the retrieved documents. Cooper Cameron buyers and project managers will also be able to place digital documents on an ImageSite extranet server for viewing or downloading by authorized vendors or customers.

Currently, Cooper Cameron has more than a half million documents stored in the SAP/ImageSite system and over 5,000 internal users as well as nearly 1,000 authorized vendors. eQuorum's technology lets Cooper Cameron users quickly retrieve large and complex files in just a few seconds, even from offices as far away as Great Britain and Singapore. Once the desired documents are retrieved, they may be printed to any of more than 400 large and small format printers in the Cooper Cameron enterprise.
