ImageSite With SAP R/3 Provides Engineering Document Distribution, Collaboration And Printing Solution

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - July 10, 2003 - eQuorum Corporation today announced that ImageSite, a Web-based engineering document management system, received SAP Certified Integration. The integration of ImageSite's online document viewing, distribution, collaboration tools, and distributed printing features lets SAP R/3 users expand the capabilities of their system and utilize the strengths of both of these powerful applications.

The integration of ImageSite with SAP R/3 lets SAP users search for documents stored in their SAP repository using the familiar SAP interface. Once the documents are retrieved, users can seamlessly view, distribute or print using ImageSite's many features. For instance, rather than send e-mails with attachments, especially complex engineering drawings, users can send an e-mail with URL links that take the recipient directly to the desired document which remains safely inside the repository. All the recipient needs is a Web browser to view the document.

SAP R/3 users can also take advantage of ImageSite's server-side printing to wide format plotters from Xerox, Océ, HP, Kip and others, no matter where it is physically located on the LAN. They can also utilize numerous advanced plotting features such as conditional watermarks, banner sheets and print room job tickets.
