eQuorum Signs Marketing Alliance Agreement With Xerox Engineering Systems

XES To Offer eQuorum's ImageSite®; Gives Customers A Complete Document Management, Collaboration, Distribution And Printing Solution

ATLANTA, GEORGIA - October 3, 2001 - eQuorum Corporation, a leading provider of Web-based document collaboration and distribution software solutions, today announced that it has signed a marketing alliance with Xerox Engineering Systems (XES), the Stamford, Connecticut-based leader in wide-format document management solutions. Under the terms of this agreement, XES will provide direct sales, service and support of eQuorum's ImageSite®, a Web-based document management software solution that combines sophisticated Internet viewing, online collaboration and mark up functionality with powerful distribution and printing features.
